Making something pretty is great, but making something that drives user action is where we make a difference.
Creative design encompasses everything that makes people:
- more likely to do something (i.e. fill out a form)
- to feel a certain way, evoke emotion
- to get enjoyment out of the mundane
- convince them of something
- allow people to do things more efficiently (simple)
